Returns & Reship Policy

Our return window starts from the day you receive the product and lasts for 30 days for most products.

Items eligible for return or reship must arrive in the original packaging and must not be damaged or missing, as we may recharge you to account for the items’ decreased value.

Refund and return requests for high-value orders may take longer to review and may be refunded as store credit.

Unapproved Returns / Returns missing a request
Items returned without a return request cannot be processed and will be refused and returned to the sender.

Mistaken Returns
Please return the correct item, Sunnygoat is unable to keep items that are mistakenly sent to us.

Satisfaction Guaranteed Conditions
Sunnygoat Brand Satisfaction Guarantee may only apply to the first purchase of that product and may not cover damaged or opened products.

Chargebacks, Order Refusal
Engaging in abusive activity such as initiating chargebacks or refusing orders may result in warnings, Rewards Credit program suspension or forfeiture, or a permanent ban.
